We will take for granted we all pay our tithes; a law of blessing from God. Giving beyond your tithes is also in the word of God. Matt. 8:42; Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not away. {Giving should take into account what a person can afford with justice to his family and personal obligations; ( 1Tim. 5:8; Lk. 6:38; 2Cor 9:6-8; 1Jhn.3:17;)} . The Word of God says the poor will always be with us, Jhn. 12:8. POOR defined in the context of this discourse;( needy, lacking material possessions: food, shelter and clothing). The Word of God gives several reasons for the causes of being poor; God's sovereignty.. 1Sam. 2:6-10; Sloth.. Prov. 6:10,11; Lack of industry.. Prov. 24:30-34; Love of pleasure.. Prov. 21:17; Stubborness..Prov. 13:18; Empty pursuits.. Prov. 28:19; Drunkenness.. Prov. 23:21. I believe most people, but not all, who are (always) asking for a hand out fit into one of these situations. I also believe that they never tithe or give because God's Word does not lie. Luke 6:38 states one of the four laws of justice; Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that you mete (measure) withal it shall be measured to you AGAIN. I have found this to be a truth in my life so many times, "you can not out give God"! With this stated, let me say that you should know to whom you give if possible, but this can not always be the case. In giving and trying to be a blessing you will be taken at times, but this should not discourage you from giving and being a blessing. Because God will bless a cheerful giver that gives from the heart, 2Cor. 9:6-9. If a person asks help for the wrong reason and you find out latter that you were decieved, ask God to forgive that person and try to use more discretion the next time. Remember that we all were in Need of a Savior in our life and then God So Loved That He Gave that we might be saved. Remember GOD loves YOU!!!!
Ps: I hope this helped the one who asked.

Life is fragile--handle with "prayer"!!!!!!
As we enter into the unknown of a new year, I would hope people learn to take responsibility for their actions and SINS. If we would only remember that JESUS CHRIST took our SINS on Himself even before we were born. But the day will come when everyone will surely give an account for the actions done in this world, in their body. We have become a people always playing the blame game. I say grow up, get real with life, look in the mirrror,or maybe get a life if the one your living is out of balance with GOD's word and the life he meant for you to live. Someone once said; He who would be righteous, must be fervent in his prayers, fearless in his principles, firm in his purpose, and faithful in his promises. Sounds like someone I would use as a role model. JESUS CHRIST, our righteousness, our example, our Savior, our soon coming KING. May God bless you in your life and your life be one filled with prayer. No one can live in doubt and fear when he has prayed in faith. When our prayer life is in place, the rest of our life becomes one that is not linked to blame but to forgiveness for our SINS. It is wonderful to have a Heavenly Father who hears and knows our every need.
PS: Sorry for the use of the word "mistake"instead of sin, transgression, iniquity, etc. MY "mistake" corrected I hope. It was not intended to mislead, misinterpret, or misrepresent the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. May I endeavor to persevere in JESUS CHRIST while in His service.
Remember GOD loves YOU!!!!
